2015 is over, not its vintage!

It’s the end of the year, Champagne bottle’s cork are going to pop! However, in Bordeaux, even if 2015 is over, its vintage is not. This 2015 vintage even has a long and promising career ahead!

The harvests that took place, in Bordeaux, between mid-September and mid-October took place in the best weather conditions. We enjoyed great sun and liitle wind. The grapes were picked in ideal conditions and this 2015 vintage is undoubtedly going to be a great one!

A wonderful summer leading to a wonderful vintage?

The incredible weather conditions that Bordeaux and its region enjoyed last summer allowed the grapes to develop and grow in the most ideal conditions. Merlots, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet-Sauvignon are now in the Grands Crus Cellars. After having being vinified and assembled, they will stay for 18 months in oak barrels. That’s the time we need to make Bordeaux fine wines.
